Every motor vehicle operator who operates a motor vehicle upon any city street or other public highway of or in this state shall at all times keep attached and plainly visible on the front and rear of such motor vehicle a license tag or license plate as prescribed and furnished by the Department of Transportation at the time the owner or operator purchases their vehicle. This section will also note, any vehicle not mentioned hereafter is hereby permitted to be driven on city streets and public highways; the vehicles that are not permitted are as follows: Comet Safari, Franken Strange, Desert Raid, Dune Buggy, Trophy Truck, BF400, Enduro, Manchez, Sanchez, Rat Bike. The listed vehicles here are permitted for use outside city limits and off major highways. Anyone violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by fine, not exceeding $250.00.
